Description of Change: The filler tube in the cover assembly of the tank group has been updated. The filler tube has now been raised. The filler tube does not extend into the oil. As a result, the filler tube will vent more effectively.

The 8D-1609 Filler Tube (1A) has been raised approximately 17.0 mm (0.67 inch) in order to allow improved venting.
The updated 155-4128 Cover As (1) in the 155-4127 Steering Tank and Filter Gp is effective on the 785C (S/N: APX805-UP).
There is no need to modify 155-4128 Cover As (1) in order to adapt earlier machines. If necessary, replace the 116-2810 Valve with a 117-9152 Breaker Relief Valve on the 155-4127 Steering Tank and Filter Gp .
Note: The 117-9152 Breaker Relief Valve utilizes a manual release in order to relieve tank pressure.
