Control Valve (Generator)

The control valve is located on the right hand side of the frame assembly. The control valve controls the amount of oil flow from the piston pump to the piston motor.
When the On/Off switch for the generator is in the ON position, the solenoid on the control valve is activated. Oil then flows through the control valve. The control valve has a variable orifice which limits the amount of oil that can pass. The variable orifice should be adjusted so that the piston motor turns at 1875 rpm.
