Air Conditioner and Heater - Install
Installation Procedure
- Install air conditioner and heater assembly (2). Connect harness assembly (5). Connect hose assemblies (6) .

- Reposition the air conditioner and heater assembly (2). Install screw (4). Connect tube assembly (3) .

- Install bolts (1) .

- Lower the loader lift arms. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Loader Lift Arm Brace".
- Charge the air conditioner system. The correct charge is 0.8 kg (1.8 lb). Refer to Service Manual, SENR5664, "Air Conditioning and Heating Systems with R-134a Refrigerant" for the correct procedure. Refer to Special Publication, NEDG5065, "Air Conditioning Tools" for the correct tools.
End By: Lower the cab. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Cab - Tilt".
