SUBJECT: THE CLUTCH IN THE COMPRESSOR MAY FAIL IF THE REFRIGERANT
CHARGE EXCEEDS SPECIFICATIONS

PROBLEM:

An over charge of refrigerant in the air conditioning system may cause the clutch in the 176-1895 Compressor Group to malfunction.

SOLUTION:

The correct amount of refrigerant must be charged in the air conditioning system. Refer to Specifications, RENR3763, "312C with High Ambient Cooling Package, 315C, 318C, 320C, 322C, 325C, and 330C Excavators Air Conditioning and Heating" for the correct amount of refrigerant for your machine.
