Air Cleaner Mounting Band May Loosen And Rattle

Usage:

MINI HYDRAULIC EXCAVATOR301.5 (3YW310-UP) MINI HYDRAULIC EXCAVATOR

Problem:

The 141-7390 Mounting Band part of the 145-4440 Air Cleaner and Mounting may loosen and cause a rattling noise. The mounting holes of the 141-7390 Mounting Band could enlarge the holes if the nuts are not tight. See Illustration 1.

Solution:

Loosen one of the 5C-7261 Nuts on the 141-7390 Mounting Band. Push together the 141-7390 Mounting Band. Tighten the 5C-7261 Nuts (1) on each side of the air cleaner to the torque of 12 ± 2 N·m (105 ± 15 lb in).
