Problem:
When removing or replacing the drive gear from the hystat motor group, the drive gear can be incorrectly installed. Gears incorrectly installed will have significantly reduced service life due to reduced contact area between the meshing gears.
Solution:
When installing the hystat motor group, check that the gear is installed on the motor with the long nose of the gear on the side away from the motor. See Illustration 1 and Illustration 2. See Chart 1 for part effected.
