and "7755" as the Group Number. Use "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and use "Z" as the SIMS Description Code. |

The existing 364-3730 Turbocharger can fail on certain 797F High Altitude Arrangement Off-Highway Trucks. If the existing turbocharger fails it can lead to loss of power or unplanned downtime. |

If there has been a previous repair, part age/hours will apply. Retain a copy of the previous repair invoice in the dealer's records for audit purposes, and specify repair date and machine hours in the "Additional Comments" section of the warranty claim.

The Service Letter can be claimed up to a maximum of 2 times per machine serial number in the event that both high pressure turbochargers on a given engine experience a failure.
Part Hours based on engine hours. Engine hours at time of failure must be provided with the claim story. |
