Description of Change: Backup rings are now used next to the o-ring seals for the resolver valve housing and the shuttle valve seat that are used in the implement control valve of machines with load sensing hydraulic system. The new resolver valve housing and the new shuttle valve seat have a wider seal groove to accept an o-ring seal and a backup ring. The backup ring will prevent failure of the o-ring seals by extrusion at high system pressure.
Adaptable To: The new 126-5796 Housing is now the service replacement for the former 4T-4525 Resolver Valve. The new 126-5476 Shuttle Seat Assembly is now the service replacement for the former 4T-4526 Shuttle Seat. Also the new 155-9836 Housing is the service replacement for the former 9T-8537 Valve. The new resolver valves and shuttle seat assembly now contain the o-ring and backup ring seals. See illustrations for seal part numbers.
