Installation Procedure

1. Check the 109-5211 Bracket Assembly (3) for a necessary weld nut to mount the plate. See Illustration 1. There are two bracket assemblies with the same part number in the field. It is necessary to have the newer bracket assembly with the weld nut to mount the 140-9568 Plate. If necessary, obtain a new 109-5211 Bracket Assembly.

2. Mount 7X-7877 Edge Strip (9) and the 141-7462 Film Notice (2) to the 140-9568 Plate (1). See Illustration 1.

3. Attach the 140-9568 Plate (1) to the Engine Bracket (4) using 7X-0818 Bolt (8), 5P-4116 Washer (6), and 6G-2263 Spacer (5).

4. Attach the other end of the Plate (1) to 109-5211 using 8T-4189 Bolt and 5P-4116 Washer (6).
