Propel Motor Displacement Screw Settings{4351}

Usage:


PS-150B (3XR),
PS-200B (5JR) Pneumatic Compactors

Description of Change: Information is now available to adjust the maximum and minimum displacement screws in the propel motors of the listed machines. Use the procedure that follows to adjust the maximum and minimum displacement of the propel motors.

(X) Maximum displacement adjustment screw setting.
(Y) Minimum displacement adjustment screw setting.
(1) Locknut.

1. Remove the plastic protective caps.

2. Loosen locknut (1).

3. Hold the locknut in place and turn the appropriate displacement screw in or out until the required measurement is reached. Refer to the appropriate chart for the correct measurement value.

4. Hold the adjusting screw in place and tighten the locknut.

5. Make sure the measurement did not change after tightening the locknut

6. Repeat the procedure with the opposite displacement screw.
