The 116-2025 Control Group is now being used on the above Wheel Loaders and Integrated Toolcarriers. The function of 116-2025 Control Group is different from the two earlier control groups, 3E-7843 Control Group and 9G-0116 Control Group.
A feature was added on 116-2025 Control Group due to problems reported on the 910F Wheel Loader. When the machine is first started or, when the kickout system is switched from OFF to ON, the switch does not allow the detent to engage during the first pass.
The switch must first sense the magnet. The switch is then "ARMED" and functions as before from that time forward. This "ARMING" process is required every time that the machine is shut down or when the system is switched OFF.
This feature has been misreported as an intermittent malfunction by some customers.
