Usage:
Caterpillar Machines Powered By 3054 Engines
The Parts Manual illustrations for the fuel lines groups used on the 3054 Machine Engines is not correct. The illustrations show incorrect routing for the fuel lines connected to the fuel filter base. The chart identifies the locations (Parts Manual and page number) of the incorrect illustrations and also identifies the correct illustration.
In Part Manuals SEBP2354 [315 (3ZM) Excavators], and SEBP2378 [317 (4MM, 9SR) Excavators], on Page 48, Reference Numbers 13 and 14 are incorrectly identified as 121-3165 and 121-3166 Tube Assemblies respectively. The correct part number for Reference Number 13 is the 131-0794 Tube Assembly. The correct part number for Reference Number 14 is the 131-0793 Tube Assembly.
The Parts Manual illustrations identified in the chart will be corrected at the next revision. Please make note of the correct illustration in the applicable Parts Manuals.
