Hose Cleaner Group And Tool Operating Manual Is Available {0600,5057}

Usage:

The Caterpillar Service Technology Group has introduced a very simple but revolutionary way of cleaning the internal surfaces of hoses, tubes and pipes. The 130-6061 Hole Cleaning Group uses a specially designed pneumatic launcher and projectiles to accomplish this task. The launcher utilizes shop air to force the projectiles forward. The projectiles are approximately 20% larger than the internal diameter of the hose, tube or pipe to be cleaned.

As the projectile moves forward, driven by the compressed air, it expands against the wall of the hose, removing the contaminants. The tool is portable and can be used in the shop or in the field.

The Tool Operating Manual, Using the 130-6061 Hose Cleaner Group, NEHS0643, gives information for using the new hose cleaning tool.
