Working Load Limits For Forcing Screws, Puller Bolts and Studs{0700}
Usage:
Caterpillar Service Technology Group offers a wide range of forcing screws, puller bolts and studs which are used in many different applications. The correct application depends on the working load capacity of each device.
Some screws are permanently marked with the working load limit. The majority are not. The capacity of those not marked is determined by more than the size of the threads. The material and manufacturing process are a major factor in determining the load capacity.
A complete listing of the capacities of forcing screws, puller bolts and studs is shown in the following chart.
