Description of Change: New hose assemblies and associated components replace some former tube assemblies in the turbocharger oil lines groups on these machines. The new hose assemblies are less susceptible to damage caused by vibration. The turbocharger spray shields are not required when the new hose assemblies are used.

Adaptable To: For D11N (4HK) Track-Type Tractors, the new 109-8082 Turbocharger Oil Lines Group replaces the former 4P-2477 Turbocharger Oil Lines Group. Chart A and Illustration 1 identify the changes required to install the new hose assemblies on the former group.

For D11N (74Z) Track-Type Tractors, Chart B and Illustration 2 identify the changes to the 1W-0718 Turbocharger Oil Lines Group.

For 776C (2TK) and 784B (5RK) Tractors, 777C (4XJ) and 785B (6HK) Trucks, the new 109-8081 Turbocharger Oil Lines Group replaces the former 7E-5541 Turbocharger Oil Lines Group. Chart C and Illustration 3 identify the changes required to install the new hose assemblies on the former group.

For 776B (6JC) Tractors, 777B (4YC) and 785 (8GB) Trucks, Chart D and Illustration 4 identify the changes to the 2W-0218 Turbocharger Oil Lines Group.

For 789B (7EK) Trucks, Chart E and Illustrations 5 and 6 identify the changed to the 7E-5337 Turbocharger Oil Lines Group.

For 789 (9ZC) Trucks, Chart F and Illustrations 7 and 8 identify the changes to the 2W-3704 Turbocharger Oil Lines Group.

For 5130 (7TJ, 5ZL) Excavators, the new 113-8170 Turbocharger Oil Lines Group replaces the former 6E-3518 Turbocharger Oil Lines Group. Chart G and Illustration 9 identify the changes required to install the new hose assemblies on the former group.
