Description of Change: New water and oil temperature regulators are used in 3500 Machine Engines. The new temperature regulators include the following improvements:

* More accurate opening and closing temperatures

* Lower leakage rates

* Structural improvements

The new water and oil temperature regulators will provide increased service life.
