The first sentence, of the second paragraph, in the Adaptable To section, is not correct. The correct information follows:
The tightening torque for plug (5) in the former 9S9994 Oil Drain Assembly is 110 ± 15 N·m (80 ± 10 lb ft).

Description of Change: A new oil drain assembly and O-ring seal are used in oil pan groups. The new drain and O-ring seal will better resist the effect of thermal cycles and vibration than the former oil drain assembly and gasket. See Illustration 1. This will help prevent oil leaks.
Adaptable To: The new 4P0519 Oil Drain Assembly and 6V3830 O-ring Seal are a direct replacement for the former 9S9994 Oil Drain Assembly and 2M9189 Gasket.
The tightening torque for plug (6) in the former 9S9994 Oil Drain Assembly is 110 ± 15 N·m (80 ± 10 lb ft). Tighten plug (2) in the new 4P0519 Oil Drain Assembly to a torque of 70 ± 15 N·m (50 ± 10 lb ft). Be sure not to over tighten the plug in the new oil drain assembly.
Drain Plug, Port Plug, Pipe Plug Installation And Tightening
Be sure 619458 O-ring Seal used with the new 9X6451 Drain Plug (see Reference Article) is in good condition. See Illustration 2. Lubricate the seal with oil. Tighten the 9X6451 Drain Plug to a torque of 70 ± 15 N·m (50 ± 10 lb ft).
