Usage:
Lift Kickout
1. Move the machine to level ground. Raise the lift arms to the desired kickout position.
2. Rotate plate (1) on the frame until the center of control group (2) is even with magnet assembly (6). Tighten two bolts (3) to a torque of 55 ± 10 N·m (40 ± 7 lb ft).
3. Adjust control group (2) so that the gap between the control group and magnet assembly (6) on the lift arm is 8.0 ± 2.0 mm (.32 ± .08 in). Tighten bolts to a torque of 28 ± 7 N·m (20 ± 5 lb ft).
4. Maximum kickout height adjustment occurs when the lift cylinders have 10.0 ± 1.0 mm (.393 ± .04 in) travel left.
Bucket Positioner
1. Move the machine to level ground. Place the control lever in the DUMP position and hold until the tilt cylinder is fully retracted. Stop the engine.
2. Place shaft (10) into tube (7). Position clamp (4) so dimension (A) is 268 ± 5 mm (10.55 ± .20 in) and tighten bolt. Position clamp (5) so dimension (C) is 100 ± 5 mm (3.94 ± .20 in) and tighten bolt.
3. Position tube (7) so dimension (D) is 60 ± 5 mm (2.36 ± .20 in). Tighten four bolts (8) to a torque of 28 ± 7 N·m (20 ± 5 lb ft).
4. Place control group (9) so dimension (B) is 185 ± 5 mm (7.28 ± .20 in). Ensure that the green LED is lit. Slide the control group forward until the yellow LED is lit. Tighten bolts.

Lift Kickout
1. Move the machine to level ground. Raise the lift arms to the desired kickout position.
2. Adjust control group (2) so that the gap between the control group on the frame and magnet assembly (7) on lift arm is 8.0 ± 2.0 mm (.32 ± .08 in).
3. Rotate the control group on the frame assembly until the lower edge of the magnet assembly is even with the center of the control group. Tighten two bolts (6) to a torque of 55 ± 10 N· (40 ± 7 lb ft).
Attachment Positioner
1. Move the machine to level ground.
2. To adjust the forward attachment positioner extend the tilt cylinder to its longest desired position.
3. Loosen four bolts (5) slide tube assembly (4) until the rear edge of magnet assembly (10) is even with the rear edge of front control group (9). Tighten four bolts (5) to a torque of 55 ± 10 N·m (40 ± 7 lb ft).
4. Loosen the two mounting bolts and adjust magnet assembly (10) until the gap between the magnet assembly and front control group (9) is 6.0 ± 2.0 mm (.236 ± .08 in). Tighten the two bolts to a torque of 55 ± 10 N·m (40 ± 7 lb ft).
5. To adjust the rearward attachment positioner retract the tilt cylinder to its shortest desired position.
6. Loosen two bolts (3) and slide rear control group (8) until the rear edge of the rear control group is even with the rear edge of magnet assembly (10). Tighten two bolts (3) to a torque of 28 ± 7 N·m (20 ± 5 lb ft).
