Usage:
1. Disconnect wires (1) for the horn at the left side of the cab.
2. Remove knobs (2) and (4). Remove covers (3) and (5) from the top and front of the console.
3. Disconnect link (6) from plate (8).
4. Remove nut (7), flat washers, bellville washers, plate (8) and the friction disc from the stud in the console.
5. Remove the cotter pin and pin (10), spring (11) and handle (9) from plate (8).
6. Use tooling (A) to remove bearing (12) from the plate.

Assemble Governor Control
1. Use tooling (A) to install the bearing in plate (1).
2. Put handle (2) and spring (4) in position on the plate, and install pin (3) and the cotter pin that hold the handle and spring in place as shown.
3. Put friction disc (5) and the plate and handle assembly in position on stud (6). Install flat and bellville washers (7) and nut (8) on the stud as shown.
4. Connect link (9) to the plate.
5. Install cover (10) on the console. Install knob (11) on the governor control handle.
6. Loosen the locknut on the governor control handle, and turn the handle so plate (12) on the handle is toward the front of the machine. Tighten the locknut on the governor control handle.
7. Use tool (B) to measure the force needed to move the governor control handle between the low and high idle positions. Make the measurement with all the governor linkage connected to the governor and the engine stopped. Adjust nut (8) on the stud until the force needed to move the governor control handle between the low and high idle positions is 20 N (4.5 lb.).
8. Install front cover (13) on the console. Install the remainder of the knobs on the handles.
9. Connect wire (14) for the horn button to the wire harness.
