Usage:
1. Disconnect fuel lines (2), and remove fuel line (1). Put caps on the fuel line openings.
2. Remove two bolts (3) and the fuel transfer pump (4).
Install Fuel Transfer Pump (New Scroll Fuel System Effective In Production With 10X5411-UP, 45V36536-UP)
1. Be sure the O-ring seal is in position on the fuel transfer pump, and put oil on the O-ring seal. Put the fuel transfer pump (1) in position, and install the bolts.
2. Connect fuel lines (3), and install fuel line (2).
Disassemble Fuel Transfer Pump (New Scroll Fuel System Effective In Production With 10X5411-UP, 45V36536-UP)
1. Remove three bolts and end cover (1).
2. Remove seal (2) from the cover and spring (3) from the housing assembly.
3. Remove plate assembly (6), seal (5) and piston (4) from the housing.
4. Remove O-ring seal (7) from the housing.
5. Remove the snap ring from the end of the tappet. Remove tappet (8) from the housing.
6. Remove plug (12) and seal (13) from the plug. Remove spring (11), valve (10) and seal (9) from the housing.
Assemble Fuel Transfer Pump (New Scroll Fuel System Effective In Production With 10X5411-UP, 45V36536-UP)
1. Inspect all components, and make any necessary replacements.
2. Install seal (1), valve (2) and spring (3) in the housing. Install seal (5) on plug (4). Install the plug in the housing.
3. Put tappet (6) in the housing.
4. Install snap ring (7) on tappet (6).
5. Install seal (8) on the housing.
6. Put lubricant of the type to be sealed in the housing bore. Install piston (9), seal (10) and valve assembly (11).
7. Install spring (14), seal (12) and cover (13) on the housing.
