Flywheel (BrakeSaver)
Usage:
Remove And Install Flywheel (BrakeSaver)
1. Fasten tooling (A) and a hoist to flywheel (2).
2. Remove bolts (1) from the flywheel.
3. Remove flywheel (2) from the BrakeSaver housing. The weight is 25 kg (55 lb.).
NOTE: The following Steps are for installation of the flywheel.
4. Fasten tooling (A) and a hoist to flywheel (2).
5. Put flywheel (2) in position in the BrakeSaver housing.
6. Put clean engine oil on the threads of the bolts that hold the flywheel in place. Install the bolts (1).
7. Remove tool (A).
