Usage:
NOTE: Low Ground Pressure (LGP) tractors have a wider inner hub but installation and specifications are the same.
(1) Rubber toric seals and all surfaces in contact with them must be clean and dry at assembly. Put a thin layer of oil on the surfaces of the metal seals that are in contact just before installation. Seal rings must be assembled square with the bore and toric must not be bulged or twisted.
(2) Torque for 22 bolts ... 430 ± 60 N·m (320 ± 40 lb ft)
(3) Torque for bolts ... 135 ± 20 N·m (100 ± 15 lb ft)
NOTE: Be sure there is metal to metal contact between retainer and spindle before the bolts are tightened.
(4) Torque for sprocket bolts:
Put 2P2506 or 5P3931 Anti-Seize Compound on the threads and tighten the bolts to ... 175 ± 40 N·m (130 ± 30 lb ft)
Then tighten the bolts an additional 120° turn with a minimum torque after turn of ... 380 N·m (280 lb ft)
(5) Torque for 28 bolts ... 240 ± 40 N·m (175 ± 30 lb ft)
