NOTE: This Program must be administered as soon as possible. When reporting the repair, use "PI3234" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "56" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and "T" as the SIMS Description Code. Exception: If the repair is done after failure, use "PI3234" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code, and "Z" as the SIMS Description Code.

The 1103010, 1103011, 1103012 or 1103013 Gear may have been installed onto the hystat motor(s) incorrectly on certain 914G Wheel Loaders and IT14G Integrated Tool Carriers. This gives reduced tooth contact and can cause premature gear failure.

Rework Procedure
Group 1
1. Support the 1172192 (914G) or 1110365 (IT14G) Hystat Motor.
2. Remove the four 8T0348 Socket Head Bolts that secure the motor. Pull the motor out from the transfer gear case.
NOTE: Do not disconnect hystat lines. Pull the motor out from the transfer gearbox case.
3. Inspect the gear for correct installation. The gear is correctly installed when the smaller boss is closest to the motor.
4. If necessary, remove the 9X2021 Bolt securing the gear, reverse the gear to the correct orientation, and re-install. Tighten the 9X2021 Bolt to 300 ± 20 N·m (220 ± 15 ft lb).
5. Clean off the old gasket material from the motor and transfer gearbox case faces.
6. Re-install the motor using 1U8846 Gasket Maker. Tighten the 8T0348 Motor Mounting Bolts to a torque of 300 ± 20 N·m (220 ± 15 ft lb).
Group 2
1. Support the large 1110364 Hystat Motor.
2. Remove the four 8T0348 Socket Head Bolts that secure the motor. Pull the motor out from the transfer gearbox case.
NOTE: Do not disconnect hystat lines.
3. Inspect the gear for correct installation. The gear is correctly installed when the smaller boss is closest to the motor.
4. If necessary, remove the 9X2021 Bolt securing the gear, reverse the gear to the correct orientation, and re-install. Tighten the 9X2021 Bolt to a torque of 300 ± 20 N·m (220 ± 15 ft lb).
5. Clean off the old gasket material from the motor and transfer gearbox case faces.
6. Re-install the motor using 1U8846 Gasket Maker. Tighten the 8T0348 Motor Mounting Bolts to a torque of 300 ± 20 N·m (220 ± 15 ft lb).
7. Support the small 1347307 Hystat Motor.
8. Remove the four 0950670 Socket Head Bolts that secure the motor. Pull the motor out from the transfer gearbox case.
NOTE: Do not disconnect hystat lines.
9. Repeat steps 3 to 5 above.
10. Re-install the motor using 1U8846 Gasket Maker. Tighten the 0950670 Motor Mounting Bolts to a torque of 120 ± 20 N·m (90 ± 15 ft lb).
