NOTE: This Program must be administered as soon as possible. When reporting the repair, use "PI3029" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "56" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and "T" as the SIMS Description Code. Exception: If the repair is done after failure, use "PI3029" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code, and "Z" as the SIMS Description Code.

The current 10k ohm pull-up resistor p/n 1154325 may cause the signal from the flowmeter to be clipped before reaching it's full capacity when system is spraying in the 150-200 gpm range. The new 1.8k ohm pull-up resistor will allow signal to reach full capacity in all spray output ranges.

NOTE: This program only applies if the affected product is equipped with an asphalt emulsion spray system. Dealers with affected product in their territory that do not have the spray system should file a SIMS Report saying that the program is not necessary.

Dealers will need to order parts for this Program.

Action Required
Replace the existing resistor assembly in the control group (asphalt spray) with the new 1470856 Resistor As.
