Remove All 0R6471 Control Groups From Parts Stock Caterpillar

Termination Date

Problem

A new control group has been released to replace the 0R6471 Control Group. Remove all 0R6471 Control Groups from Parts Stock.

Action Required

Remove all 0R6471 Control Groups from Parts Stock.

NOTE: TEPS/MEPS dealers are reimbursed for recalled Parts Stock by returning the affected Parts Stock to their administering Caterpillar dealer for replacement.

Service Claim Allowances

Submit one claim for all 0R6471 Control Groups removed from Parts Stock.

NOTE: US and Canadian Dealers Only - When submitting a Parts Stock claim use 99Z00007 in the Product Identification Number Field.

Parts Disposition

U.S. and Canadian Dealers

Return all 0R6471 Control Groups that are removed from Parts Stock and a copy of the claim to:

All Other Dealers

Handle the parts in accordance with your Warranty Bulletin on warranty parts handling.
