NOTE: This Program can be administered either before or after a failure. In either case the decision whether to apply the Program is made by the dealer. When reporting the repair, use "PS8695" as the Part Number and "7755" as the Group Number. If administered before failure, use "56" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and use "T" as the SIMS Description Code. If administered after failure, use "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and use "Z" as the SIMS Description Code.

Condensation in the air manifold on G3600 In-line Engines may cause the air pressure module to fail. Relocating the sensor line will improve service life of the module by reducing available water that can be introduced to the sensor.

- 1 - 8L2786 Seal-O-Ring
Action Required
1. Remove 2T1392 Hose from the air manifold and the air pressure module.
2. Purge the line with clean dry air.
3. Remove the 54362 Elbow Fitting from the air manifold.
4. Install the 5P2909 Plug and the 8L2786 Seal-O-Ring in place of the elbow.
5. Remove 7E0729 Cover and O-Ring from the top rear of the air manifold.
6. Install 1323125 Cover Assembly and 8C3103 Seal-O-Ring on the rear air manifold opening.
7. Install 5P9097 Connector and 6V5049 Seal-O-Ring in the cover assembly.
8. Install the 2T1392 Hose Assembly from the air manifold cover assembly to the air and fuel pressure module.
