Usage:

NOTE: This Program must be administered as soon as possible. When reporting the repair, use "PI3755" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "56" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and "T" as the SIMS Description Code. Exception: If the repair is done after failure, use "PI3755" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code, and "Z" as the SIMS Description Code.

The radiator relief valve assembly may not be installed correctly on certain 768C and 772B Tractors; and 769C, 771C, 773B, and 775B Trucks.

Action Required
The coolant may be hot and/or under pressure. To prevent possible personal injury, slowly remove the radiator cap to release all pressure from the cooling system prior to removing the 5S5080 Bolts.
1. Allow the cooling system to cool as necessary. Slowly remove the radiator cap to release all pressure from the cooling system.
2. Remove the five 5S5080 Bolts and washers that hold the 5S1211 Cover. Remove the cover. Refer to the Illustration as required.
3. Remove the valve assembly, gaskets, and plate.
4. Replace the 5S1213 Plate and the two 5S4629 Valve Gaskets with the new ones. Make sure the word "TOP" which is stamped into the 5S1213 is facing upward (away from the tank).
5. Install the 5S1218 Pressure Relief Valve and the 5S1211 Cover. Install the five washers and bolts to hold the cover.
