Do Not Use The 5B1401 Cleaning Tool Group To Clean The Orifice In Capsule-Type Fuel Injection Nozzles{0650,1254}

Usage:

In the Fuel System Tools section of the Tool Guide on page 4 of Group 4 there is a reference to the 5B1401 Fuel Injection Valve Orifice Cleaning Tool Group. This reference says that this tool group can be used to clean the orifice in flat seat-type and capsule-type fuel injection valves. This recommendation is wrong. Only flat seat-type fuel injection valves can be cleaned with the 5B1401 Cleaning Tool Group. Use of this tool group on capsule-type fuel injection valves can damage the nozzle orifice and/or the check valve. Make a note of this change in your Tool Guide and on the tool group.
