Usage:

768C Tractors;
769C Trucks

Reference: See the article, "Improvements Give Added Strength To Main Frame," in this Service Magazine.

Description of Change: The reference article tells of main frame improvements for 768C Tractors and 769C Trucks. Because of the new center support assembly, it was necessary to change the installation of the service brake lines and the brake oil cooler lines. In the rear service brake lines group, two pipes and a clip were added. Two different bolts also are used.

In the brake oil cooler lines group, a new tube assembly is used.

Adaptable To: The new parts are in effect on machines with Serial Numbers 1X1650 and 2X327. The new parts are not to be used on earlier machines. The chart which follows gives the parts changes in the groups. Illustrations 1 and 2 show the locations of the new parts.
