New Check Valve Used In Fuel Injection Pump Assembly{1251}

Description of Change: A new check valve is used in the fuel injection pump assembly for the sleeve metering fuel system on 3208 Industrial Engines. The new check valve has a groove in its face. The groove prevents hydraulic lock between the injection pump and cap nozzle at shut-off.
Formerly, a check valve without a groove was used.
Adaptable As: The new check valve is a direct replacement for the former check valve, as shown in the chart, for this application. The former check valve is still available for use in other applications.
