Usage:
Start By:
a. Remove the pilot control valve. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Pilot Control Valve - Remove" for the machine that is being serviced.
NOTE: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before the disassembly procedure, the exterior of the component should be thoroughly cleaned. This will help to prevent dirt from entering the internal mechanism.
1. Remove the lever from the pilot control valve.
2. Remove two socket head screws (21), washers (20) and plate (19).
3. Remove bushing (17) and O-ring seal (16) from body (15).
4. Remove nut (11), actuator plate (12), joint (13) and plate (14) from body (15).
5. Disassemble the valve assemblies. Remove spool (10), washer (9), spring (8) or (24), spring (7), seat (6) or (23) and plug (2) from body (15). Remove shims (5) from seat (6) or (23). Remove rod (4) or (22) from plug (2). Remove seal (1) and O-ring seal (3) from the plug.
