Usage:
Start By:
a. Remove the selector and pressure control valve. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Selector and Pressure Control Valve - Remove" for the machine that is being serviced.
NOTE: The stem and valve body of the selector and pressure control valve are not serviced separately.
NOTE: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before the disassembly procedure, the exterior of the component should be thoroughly cleaned. This will help to prevent dirt from entering the internal mechanism.
1. Remove check valve assemblies (2) and (3) and all fittings from selector and pressure control valve (1). Remove the O-ring seals from the fittings.
2. Disassemble check valve assemblies (2) and (3) as follows:
a. Remove fitting (5), spring (4) and valve (7) from body (6).
b. Remove O-ring seal (8) from fitting (5).
3. Remove adapters (12) and (13) from the selector and pressure control valve body. Remove O-ring seals (14) and (15) from the adapters.
4. Remove spacers (11), spring (10) and stem (9) from the valve body.
