Start By:

a. remove vibration damper and pulley

1. Remove all bolts that hold the engine front and rear support to the base.

2. Fasten tool (A) to the cylinder head, as shown. Fasten a hoist to tool (A) and the lifting bracket on the other cylinder head.

3. Lift the front of the engine enough so that blocks (1) can be installed under the oil pan, as shown. The weight of the front end of the engine is approximately 1134 kg (2,500 lb).

4. Remove eight bolts from the engine front support.

5. Use two people to remove the front engine support.

6. Reverse Steps (1) thru (5) for installation.
