Radiator
Usage:
Remove & Install Radiator
1. Drain coolant from the cooling system
2. Remove mounting bolts and starting aid (1).
3. Remove bolts and radiator guards (2) from the radiator assembly.
4. Remove four bolts (4) from the tube assembly.
5. Remove five mounting bolts (3) on both sides.
6. Attach hoist and chain (5) to the top of the radiator. Disconnect two tube assemblies (6) and remove two support braces (7). Remove radiator assembly (8).
7. Reverse Steps 1 thru 5 for the installation procedure.
8. Fill the cooling system with coolant to the proper level. See "Coolant Recommendations" in the Operation and Maintenance Manual.
