Usage:
Remove Valve Guides
Start By:
a. remove valves
1. Remove valve guides with tool (A).
Install Valve Guides
1. Put clean engine oil on the outside of the valve guides.
2. Use tooling (A) to install the valve guides. Install the valve guides so that dimension (X) is 32.3 ± 0.8 mm (1.27 ± .03 in). The inside diameter of the guides must be 9.479 ± 0.020 mm (.3732 ± .0008 in). The maximum diameter for used guides is 9.545 mm (.3758 in).
