Usage:
1. Disconnect breather tube (5). Position the hose downward away from aftercooler housing (9).
2. Cut tie-wraps (8) and disconnect wiring harness (6).
3. Remove four bolts (1). Loosen hose clamp (10). Remove water inlet tube (7) and O-ring (4) seal that is located between water inlet tube (7) and the aftercooler.
4. Remove adapter (3) and gasket (2).
5. Remove four bolts ans washers (11). Separate air inlet adapter elbow (12) and gasket (13) from aftercooler cover (17). Disconnect tube (14). Remove twenty-five bolts and washers (15). Remove aftercooler cover (17) and gasket (16) from aftercooler housing (9).
6. Loosen hose clamp (18). Reposition hose (19).
7. Cut tie-wrap (20).
8. Remove four bolts (21). Remove the water outlet tube and elbow (22). Remove O-ring seal (23) under elbow (22).
9. Remove adapter (24) and gasket (25).
10. Shift aftercooler core assembly (26) and gasket (27) sideways and lift it up and out of the aftercooler housing.
11. Remove two bolts, washers and spacers (28) from the bottom of aftercooler housing (9).
12. Remove six bolts and washers (32). Remove two bolts, washers and spacers (29).
13. Lift aftercooler housing (9) and gasket (31) from cylinder head (30).
NOTE: For installation of the aftercooler, reverse the removal steps.
