Usage:
Rotation of magneto drive is clockwise as seen from rear of engine.
(1) Diameter of drive shaft ... 25.425 ± 0.013 mm (1.0010 ± .0005 in.)
(2) Diameter of front bearing surface (journal) of drive shaft ... 15.829 to 15.845 mm (.6232 to .6238 in.)
Bearing bore ... 15.888 to 15.939 mm (.6255 to .6275 in.)
(3) Torque for retaining bolts for drive gear (apply 4S3263 Thread Lock to threads) ... 25 ± 3 N·m (18 ± 2 lb ft)

(A) G399 Engine (both magnetos):
Angle from horizontal ... 30°
(B) G398 Engine:
Angle from vertical ... 45°
