Usage:
preparatory step:
a) remove expansion tank (Marine engines only)
1. Drain engine cooling system.
2. Disconnect regulator housing outlet lines.
3. On Industrial engines only, remove water bypass line mounting bolts (2).
4. On Marine engine only, remove aftercooler housing sea water outlet lines.
5. Remove ten housing-to-cover mounting bolts (1).
6. Remove regulator housing assembly (4).
7. Remove four water temperature regulators (3) from housing.
Install Water Temperature Regulators
1. Install the regulators into housing. Position the housing on engine and install the cover to housing mounting bolts.
2. On Industrial engines only, install the water bypass line mounting bolts.
3. On Marine engines only, install the after-cooler housing sea water outlet lines.
4. Connect regulator housing outlet lines.
5. Fill the engine cooling system.
