Usage:
preparatory step:
a) remove fuel filter housing
1. Drain oil filter housing.
2. Remove oil cooler bypass valve cover (1), and spring. Remove oil outlet line clamp retaining bolt (2).
3. Remove prelube oil line clamp retaining bolt. Disconnect prelube oil line (4).
4. Attach hoist to filter housing. Remove five oil filter housing front mounting bolts (3), and two rear mounting nuts.
5. Remove oil filter housing-weight 110 lbs. (50 kg).
Install Oil Filter Housing
1. Attach hoist and position oil filter housing on engine. Install the five mounting bolts and two nuts.
2. Connect the prelube oil line, and install the oil line clamp retaining bolt.
3. Install the oil cooler bypass valve spring and cover. Install the oil outlet line clamp retaining bolt.
4. Check the oil level in crankcase. Fill as necessary.
concluding step:
a) install fuel filter housing
