Diameter-shaft bearing journal ... .6250-.6254 in.(15,875-15,885 mm)

(3) Torque-compressor housing retaining bolts ... 105 ± 5 lb. in.(121,06 ± 5,8 cm.kg)

(4) Torque-bolts (turbine housing retaining) ... 175 ± 15 lb. in.(201,8 ± 17,3 cm.kg)

(5) Torque-bolts (turbocharger-to-manifold) ... 40 ± 4 lb. ft.(5,5 ± 0,55 mkg)

(6) Torque-impeller nut, initial, with impeller heated to 350° F. (117° C.) ... 150 lb. in.(172,95 cm.kg)

After impeller is cool, below 150° F. (70° C.), loosen and lubricate nut, then

Torque impeller nut to ... 30 lb. in.(34,59 cm.kg)

Tighten additional ... 90°

(7) Gap-oil seal ring ... .001-.006 in.(0,03-0,15 mm)

(8) Torque-bolts (thrust plate retaining) ... 35 ± 5 lb. in.(40,4 ± 5,8 cm. kg)

(9) Bore-housing ... .9827-.9832 in.(24,961-24,973 mm)
