Engine power and performance are affected by fuel density, inlet air pressure, and inlet air temperatures. Correction factors for these parameters are published in SEBF9011, "Dynamometer Testing of Caterpillar Engines".
A revision to this media was made on 06 February 2018 impacting the published correction factors for the inlet air pressure for turbocharged, JWAC, SCAC, and ATAAC engines. Refer to SIS web for the latest version of SEBF9011. Table 46 contains the updated correction factors for air inlet pressure.
