(1) 斗杆油缸

缓冲密封件 (16) 是第一个承压密封件。 缓冲密封件旨在减小 U 形油封 (15) 和支承环 (21) 上的压力峰值,以延长寿命。

U 形油封 (15) 从外部阻止机油流经油缸缸盖。 密封件还阻止外部油液进入油缸。

刮油密封环 (14) 有一个朝外的唇形密封,可以在缩回期间刮去连杆上的碎屑。 刮油密封环旨在防止颗粒进入油缸。

缸盖密封件

O 形圈 (19) 防止油缸壳体 (6) 和缸盖 (5) 之间发生漏油。

支承环 (20) 将 O 形圈固定到位。
