应定期检查发电机清洁度。 不要让以下污染物积聚在绕组上:
- 污垢
- 灰尘
- 润滑脂
- 盐
- 油膜
如果允许湿气持续与电气绕阻接触,湿气可能会最终停留在绝缘层的空隙或裂纹内。 湿气会降低绕组绝缘层的电阻。 Cat 发电机绕组上使用的是防潮绝缘层。 但是,此绝缘层并不防水。 不断暴露在潮湿环境下会逐渐降低绝缘电阻。
污垢会使问题加重。 污垢可保持湿气与绝缘层接触。 海洋空气中的盐可使问题复杂化。 盐和水的组合会形成电导体。
清洁电压调节器并清洁发电机上的污垢和碎屑。 使用刷子松动堆积的污垢。 用真空清洁系统,以除去残留的污垢。 不建议使用压缩空气。 压缩空气中含有以冷凝水形式存在的湿气。
绝缘层上的碳踪迹可能是由污垢或连接松动引起。 必须清除这些碳质槽或者必须更换绝缘层。 未能排除碳踪迹问题将会造成电路内电气短路。
目视检查导线是否松动或断裂。 还要目视检查接头是否松动或断裂。 检查电压调节器组件上的导线和接头。 检查发电机的所有导线和接头。 清洁散热装置。 对导线进行必要的修理。 有关测试和调整或拆解和装配步骤,请参阅维修手册, SCNR8395。
