The position sensor can be damaged if too much force is applied against the internal stops of the sensor. Be careful when removing the position sensor lever or rotating the shaft attached to the sensor. |
Reference: For the correct procedure to calibrate the Lift Linkage Position Sensor, refer to the Service Manual module Testing and Adjusting, M0083603, "992K Wheel Loader", "Linkage Sensor Calibrations (Lift & Tilt)" for the machine that is being serviced.
