使用 1U-5470 发动机压力表总成来测量进气阻力和排气背压。

进气阻力

空气进气阻力是空气滤清器之后的空气管内的压力与大气压力间的压差。

使用 1U-5470 发动机压力表总成的压差表来测量进气阻力。 将压差表的压力口连接到空气滤清器上空气滤清器保养指示器的开口。

当空气滤清器阻力达到特定发动机应用的阻力值时,应更换空气滤清器,才能得到最佳运转。 更多信息,请参考适用的燃气发动机技术数据表。 最大空气滤清器阻力为 2.5 kPa (10 inch of H2O)

后冷器压差

后冷器的压差是后冷器的进口和出口之间压力差。

后冷器的最大压差为 10 kPa (40 inch of H2O)

使用 8T-0452 压力计测量后冷器前后的压差。 将进口螺塞 (1) 和出口螺塞 (2) 从后冷器上拆下。 将压力计连接到螺塞的位置。 测量发动机满负载运转时的压差。

排气阻力

排气阻力(背压)是出口弯管的排气压力和大气压力之间的压力差。

排气阻力过大除了会损失效率和功率之外,还会导致下列后果:发动机温度过高,涡轮增压器使用寿命降低,以及进气门和排气门早期故障。

使用 1U-5470 发动机压力表总成的压差表来测量排气背压。

高温发动机部件可能导致灼伤。 进行发动机保养之前让发动机和部件冷却下来。


------ WARNING! ------

接触正在运转的发动机会因热零件而导致灼伤或因旋转零件而导致伤害。

在旋转的发动机上工作时,避免接触热零件或旋转零件。


将压差表的压力口与排气歧管的测试位置连接。 测试位置可以是涡轮增压器之后、消声器之前排气管上的任意位置。 尽可能选择靠近发动机的位置。 将探针插入直管,距离最后过渡区 3 到 5 个管子直径。

最大排气背压为 6.7 kPa (27 inches of H2O)。 如果排气阻力达到这个极限,确定引起阻力的原因并改正故障。
