Installation Procedure - Lift Sensor

  1. Install lift position sensor and mounting group (1), four washers (4), and four bolts (5).

  2. Install bolt (3) and secure with two nuts (2). Ensure bolt (3) is located inside the slot of the sensor plate as shown.

  3. Connect the lift position harness to the front wiring group.

  1. Position one control harness assembly (34). Connect one control harness assembly (34).

  2. Route control harness assembly (34). Install one cable tie mounting (32), one hard washer (20), and one bolt (19). Secure control harness assembly (34) with one cable strap (33).

  3. Secure control harness assembly (34) with six cable straps (26).

  5. Secure control harness assembly (34) using one grommet (24), two half clamps (21), one plate (23), two hard washers (25), and two bolts (22).

  6. Continue to route control harness assembly (34). Install one bracket assembly (31), two hard washers (20), and two bolts (19).

  7. Secure control harness assembly (34) using one grommet (24), two half clamps (21), one plate (23), two hard washers (25), and two bolts (22).

  10. Continue to route control harness assembly (34). Install one bracket (29), one clip (30), one hard washer (20), and one bolt (27). Secure control harness assembly (34) with two cable straps (26)

  11. Install two clips (30), two hard washers (20), and two bolts (27). Secure control harness assembly (34) with two cable straps (26).

  14. Install one clip (30), one hard washer (20), and one bolt (27). Secure control harness assembly (34) with one cable strap (26).

  16. Install tilt position sensor and mounting group (9), four hard washers (8), and four bolts (7).

  17. Install one bolt (11) and secure with two nuts (10). Ensure bolt (11) is located inside the slot of the sensor plate as shown.

  18. Connect the tilt position harness to the front wiring group.

  19. Install plate (6), two bolts (7), and two hard washers (8).

  20. Use a suitable lifting device to guard assembly (14). The weight of guard assembly (14) is approximately 77 kg (170 lb). Install guard assembly (14), five washers (16), four bolts (15), and one bolt (17).
