Removal Procedure

1. Disconnect grease hose assembly (1). Repeat for the opposite side.

2. Cut cable straps (2). Disconnect grease hose assemblies (3). Remove clamp (4). Reposition the hose assemblies out of the way. Repeat for the opposite side.

3. Remove bolts (5). Reposition lubrication distribution valve (6).

4. Remove bolts (7). Reposition bracket (8).

5. Attach a suitable lifting device to blade cylinder (11). The weight of blade cylinder (11) is approximately 55 kg (121 lb). Remove bolt (9) and pin assembly (10). Lower blade cylinder (11). Repeat for the opposite side.

6. Attach Tooling (A) , Tooling (B), and a suitable lifting device to blade linkage (12). The weight of blade linkage (12) is approximately 181 kg (400 lb).

7. Remove bolt (13) and pin assembly (14). Repeat for the opposite side.

8. Raise blade linkage (12) until blade linkage (12) is level.

9. Remove bolt (15) and pin assembly (16). Repeat for the opposite side.

10. Remove blade linkage (12).

Installation Procedure

1. Install blade linkage (12) in the reverse order of removal.

   1. Tighten bolt (15) to a torque of 325 ± 40 N·m (240 ± 30 lb ft).

   2. Tighten bolt (13) to a torque of 325 ± 40 N·m (240 ± 30 lb ft).

   3. Tighten bolt (9) to a torque of 325 ± 40 N·m (240 ± 30 lb ft).
