Radiator - Remove and Install - SCAC Radiator Core
Start By:
- Remove the jacket water radiator assembly.
- Remove shield (1) and brace (2).

Illustration 3 g03897962 - Disconnect hose assembly (4). Loosen the bolts and raise radiator top tank (5).

Illustration 4 g03897963 - Use suitable cribbing to support radiator cores (6) that are not being serviced. Remove radiator cores (6) as needed.

- Install radiator cores (6) in the reverse order of removal.
Note: Replace grommets (7) with new ones.
