Temperature Sensor (Exhaust Outlet) - Remove and Install

Usage:

3516C TKG

Removal Procedure

  1. Turn the engine OFF.

  2. Remove bolts (2) and cover (1).

  3. Disconnect harness assembly (6). Remove cable straps (3). Remove bolt (4) and remove harness assembly (5) from the sensor box.

  4. Remove temperature sensor (7).

Installation Procedure

  1. Install temperature sensor (7) in the reverse order of removal.

    1. Tighten temperature sensor (7) to a torque of 45 ± 5 N·m (33 ± 7 lb ft).
