Note: Refer to Table 1 for the correct ECM that is installed on the machine, to gather the correct flash files.
- Launch SIS Web and ensure that the new flash file part number is the latest flash file part number prior to service trip. A newer flash file part number may be available.

- Ensure that the PC drivers and CA3 firmware have been updated before using Communications Adapter 3 (CA3).
Note: CA3 news, drivers, and firmware are available at "https://dealer.cat.com".
- Use the latest version of Cat® Electronic Technician (Cat ET) for optimal machine software support. Use "WinFlash" to flash the new software onto the module.

Gateway Software
- Introduces support for Cat Fuel Consumption Monitoring Retrofit kits.
- Enhance J1939 ECM information message by populating the "Name" field.
- Introduces support for Product Link PL641 integration.
- Tire Pressure Monitoring enhancements.
- Improved reliability of PL522 onboard firmware flash process.
Note: Not all enhancements or new features apply to all supported machine models.
Radio Software
- Improves the factory "End of Line Test" procedure for radio signal strength.
Note: Is important that both the Radio and the Gateway software are flashed. Submit a field support case to have the Radio flashed over the air after the Gateway software has been downloaded and installed.
